Yoga Tales

I'm a 700-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher, a novelist and an architect. After many years voted to middle-distance running due to an injured knee I had to abandon track and field. I discovered yoga in 2011, while I was living in Berlin. When I came back to Italy – after a two years lasting unsuccessful research in different cities – I found in Milan the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa founded by Maurizio Morelli and I suddenly knew it was the right place for me (as Buddha said "When the student is ready, the teacher appears"). I practice different kinds of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Dharma and Ashtanga. I recently widened my teaching horizons with a 200-hour Teacher Training Vinyasa Yoga leaded by Simona Tarabini, Cristina Bazzanella, Gaia Bergamaschi and Rosa Tagliafierro.

I am co-founder, together with Gabriele Gattini Bernabò and Marika Pecchiai of Deha ASD, a yoga center based in Milan.

My mission is to spread yoga philosophy and sharing my experience to help people.

This is the diary of my path.

Heyam duhkham anāgatam. The pains which are yet to come can be and are to be avoided.
